In recent times, if you are logging into D365 CRM. You might receive below notification “Skip for now (14 days until this is required)”.
Description
You are receiving this message because it has been by default enabled in the azure active directory, which enforce user to enable dual authentication.
If you don’t want, you can simply disable it by following the below steps
- Login to azure
click on the given link to visit the azure active directory
https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/ActiveDirectoryMenuBlade/Properties
- Manage Azure Active directory
Click on manage Azure Active Directory
- Click on the properties as shown in the below screen shot
- Now click on manage security default
- Set the value of Enable security defaults to No
And provide the reason and save and close the record
